For items which are not currently in stock, in many cases we offer a pre-order service, where you can order your furniture in advance and secure stock availability.. On the product page you will see a blue ‘Pre-order now’ button. Underneath the ‘Pre-order now’ button, we let you know how many weeks your furniture will be delivered to you within. Although it states that the order is delivered "directly from the manufacturer", all orders will always pass through our UK warehousing system and you will be contacted in advance to make delivery arrangements.
When your furniture does come in to stock, our team will check that the order is correct and then hand it over to our dedicated delivery planning team who will reach out to you to arrange your delivery . If you order multiple items on pre-order, it is very common for each item to have its own, different, lead time. In this situation, we will hold all the items until the last item has arrived in order to deliver your complete order at the same time. If you require individual delivery of each item, we can do this but there may be an additional delivery charge for the multiple deliveries we would then need to make.
