Selling on Preorder helps us give you the best possible price, as the furniture is coming straight to you rather than being stored in a warehouse. In terms of delivery, this year has already been a difficult preorder season for us because many of our container ships had to divert from the Red Sea route to around the Cape of Good Hope, causing delays in delivery. So we thought we’d create this page to save you time contacting our customer services.
We can assure you everything is on its way, many of our customers have already received their orders and we are actively communicating about expected delivery dates via email if there is a difference of more than a week. If you missed any email from us here is an updated table of when you can expect your order (updated every Monday):

Could my pre-order delivery be delayed?
We only sell stock that is en route, so its arrival is guaranteed. Sometimes, the estimated delivery date can vary by a few days due to changes in the shipping schedule. In the unlikely event that your pre-order is significantly delayed, please rest assured that our Customer Services team will contact you.
Will you notify me once my pre-order has arrived?
Once the shipment containing your pre-order has arrived with our delivery partners, you will receive an email confirming this. You will then receive a delivery slot from our delivery partner within a few days.
I didn’t realise my item was on pre-order and wanted it sooner. What can I do?
