Please fill out the claim underneath so that we can review your case and establish the issue with a plan to resolve it within 48 hours. 

Things you will need to complete the form:

  1. Your Order ID - this can be found on your e-invoice emailed to you when you placed your order
  2. The model names of the items affected by the issue - the model names can also be found on your e-invoice 
  3. Images showing the issue

What happens after I've submitted the form?
Once we have your order details and images of the claim, claim specialist team will review the items in question alongside your images and be in touch with you within 48 hours.

What if I am unsure what the problem is with my product?
Don't be concerned, if you've taken images of the issue then our team should be able to figure out what the problem is (we are furniture people after all!). Do your best to explain the issue in the description field and we'll fill in the rest of the gaps. If we are really stuck, we'll give you a quick call to talk it through with you. 

What if I have not heard from you within 48 hours?
Things don't always go to plan and in the event we are not able to get back to you within 48 hours then please call us or email us at [email protected] and we will have a manager escalate your case.
