Selling on Pre-order helps us give you the best possible price, as the furniture is coming straight to you rather than being stored in a warehouse. You also secure the furniture you want as soon as possible, so there’s no risk of missing out when the item sells out. If you ordered on Pre-order, well done. In terms of delivery, this year has already been a difficult pre-order season for us because many of our container ships had to divert from the Red Sea route to around the Cape of Good Hope, causing delays in delivery. So we thought we’d create this page to save you time contacting our customer services or sifting through your emails.
We can assure you everything is on its way, many of our customers have already received their orders and we are actively communicating about expected delivery dates via email if there is a difference of more than 2 weeks. If you missed any email from us here is an updated table of when you can expect your order (updated at least every Monday but usually daily):

We only sell stock that is en route, so its arrival is guaranteed. Sometimes, the estimated delivery date can vary by a few days or weeks due to changes in the shipping schedule. In the unlikely event that your pre-order is significantly delayed, please rest assured that our Customer Services team will contact you.
Will you notify me once my pre-order has arrived?
Once the shipment containing your pre-order has arrived with our delivery partners, you will receive an email confirming this. You will then receive a delivery slot from our delivery partner within a few days.
I didn’t realise my item was on pre-order and wanted it sooner. What can I do?
